Highlights

 ✔ All tariffs include cost of chauffeur and fuel.

✔ Airport flat rate only for point-to-point drop, any deviation in the transfer would be charged as per the slab rate.

✔ We are not responsible for loss of any material left in the vehicle by the passenger.

✔ Minimum billing will be for 4 Hrs. / 40 Km’s. Slab, anything above that would be charged on the next package.

✔ The above rates are based on the current price of FUEL. In case of any hike in the fuel price, we shall revise the rental rates

✔ GST @ 5% is applicable on the sub total of above tariff.

✔ The time and mileage will be calculated from / to our office.

✔ Driver night/early start allowance (BATA) is applicable after 2200 Hrs. and before 0600 Hrs.

✔ No Show would be charged at minimum slab.      

✔ Outstation trip Minimum Billing of 300 Kms. per Calendar Day

✔ Extra Km’s. rate as above would be charged Per Km.

✔ For Outstation trip driver night allowance (BATA) is applicable in case of overnight stay.

✔ All Toll Tax, Any Extra State Permits, Parking etc. would be billed as per actual. 

✔ Rates are subject to revision in case of major changes operation environment
